peluang888 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the peluang888 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the peluang888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the peluang888 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and peluang888 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be deemed as automatic acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms.
The peluang888 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to use the platform's services.
2. Account Registration & Security
To make full use of peluang888's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. peluang888 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you. peluang888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the peluang888 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account or allowing another person to access it
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or peluang888's technical infrastructure
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the terms of those offers
Peluang888 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice, where there is evidence of any of the above violations.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the peluang888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. peluang888 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals will be displayed in your account section at the time of the transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to internal verification procedures, which may take several business days.
If any transaction activity appears suspicious or is inconsistent with your usual usage patterns, peluang888 reserves the right to place a hold on that transaction for security review purposes. Users will be notified via their registered email if any such action is taken on their account.
All deposits made into the platform cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Suspension & Closure
Peluang888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Confirmed fraud, illegal activity, or system abuse is detected
- The user failed to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
- The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account
Any remaining balance in an account closed for reasons other than a policy breach will be returned to the user once the review process is complete, subject to the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed. Users whose accounts are closed due to a policy breach are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance in that account.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
Peluang888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including temporary technical disruptions, server downtime, or transaction processing delays beyond our control. Our maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount of active funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the peluang888 platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of peluang888 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from peluang888.
Third-Party Links
The peluang888 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. peluang888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access those websites entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Peluang888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
